Terms of Service
Last updated: October 20, 2026
1. Agreement
These terms are the agreement between you and SteinStack LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (EIN 98-1982079) at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, which operates Codit ("SteinStack", "we", "us"). They apply as soon as you create an account or use the service, on the web or in the mobile app. If you accept these terms on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business. If you do not accept them, do not use Codit.
2. What Codit does
Codit connects your e-commerce stores to your delivery couriers. It imports your orders, gives your team a workflow to confirm them with your customers, creates shipments with the courier you choose, tracks delivery status, manages your stock and packs, calculates agent commission, and reports on your results. When you choose to connect them, it also sends order confirmations on WhatsApp, reports confirmed and delivered sales to your Meta and TikTok ad accounts, imports your ad spend, and, when enabled, uses AI to assist with customer conversations. Codit is a management tool: we do not sell your products, we do not deliver your parcels, and we do not collect money from your customers on your behalf.
3. Your account
You need an account to use Codit, and the details you give us must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your credentials secure; tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You may invite team members and assign them roles; you remain responsible for what they do in your workspace. Your workspace administrator may disable a team member's access at any time. Codit is for business use by sellers and agencies, not for consumers.
4. Free trial
New workspaces get a 14-day free trial with the limits shown when you sign up. No payment is required to start the trial and no card is stored. When the trial ends, access to the application stops the same day until you choose a paid plan; there is no grace period after a trial. Your data is not deleted when the trial ends; it stays available under the retention period in our Privacy Policy.
5. Plans and limits
Codit is sold as subscription plans, billed monthly or yearly, at the prices shown in the application at the time of purchase. Card prices are in US dollars (USD) and bank transfer prices are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). Each plan includes limits on the number of connected stores, courier accounts, confirmation and fulfilment agent seats, and orders per day. There are no per-order fees. If your stores send more orders in a day than your plan allows, the extra orders are still imported and kept, but locked until the next day or until you upgrade. When you upgrade during a billing period, you pay only the prorated difference for the time remaining.
6. Payment and renewal
You can pay by card or by bank transfer.
Card payments are charged in US dollars (USD) by SteinStack LLC through our payment processor, Stripe, and activate your plan straight away. If your card is in another currency, your bank may convert the amount and charge its own fees. A card subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price then in force, until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and you keep access until then.
Bank transfers are paid in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) to the Moroccan bank account shown in the application, which is held by the founder of SteinStack LLC. They are paid for one period at a time and do not renew automatically. You attach the receipt, and we activate your plan once we have verified it against our bank records, usually within one business day. While a submitted receipt is under review, you keep access for up to 7 days.
For plans that do not renew automatically, we remind you 15, 7, 3, and 1 days before they end. If a paid plan expires, you keep access for a 5-day grace period, after which the application is locked until you renew. We may change our prices; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and for card subscriptions we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal.
7. AI credits
When AI features are enabled, each customer conversation handled by AI uses one credit. Your plan may include a monthly credit allowance; these plan credits are renewed each month and unused ones expire at the end of the month. You can also buy credit packs by card or bank transfer; purchased credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Credits from your plan are used first. When you run out of credits, AI stops handling new conversations and hands them over to your team.
8. Refunds
If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid plan being activated, we will refund what you paid in full. After that, amounts paid for a billing period are non-refundable, including if you stop using the service before the period ends; cancelling a card subscription stops the next renewal. A credit pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. The free trial exists so you can evaluate Codit before paying. If we discontinue the service, we will refund you the part of your subscription you have not used.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use Codit to break the law, to send parcels or orders that are fraudulent or fictitious, to send messages or advertising your customers have not agreed to, or to process data you have no right to process. You may not share your workspace access with people outside your business, resell access to Codit, or use it to provide the same service to third parties without our written agreement. You may not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service, or use automated means to extract data beyond your own workspace. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and where the breach is serious we may do so without notice.
10. Third-party integrations
Codit depends on services we do not control: store platforms such as Shopify, YouCan, WooCommerce, Lightfunnels and Storeep; couriers such as Sendit, OzonExpress, Coliix, ForceLog and Ameex; and Meta, WhatsApp, TikTok, Stripe, and AI providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, for the accuracy of the data they send us, for delivery outcomes, or for changes they make to their systems that interrupt an integration. When an integration fails we will make reasonable efforts to restore it, but we cannot guarantee any particular integration will remain available.
11. WhatsApp and advertising platforms
If you connect a WhatsApp Business number, you must follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies and have your customers' permission to message them. Meta charges you directly for WhatsApp messages. If you connect a Meta or TikTok ad account, you authorise Codit to read your campaign data and to send conversion events as described in our Privacy Policy, and you are responsible for informing your customers of it. We are not responsible for decisions these platforms take about your account, number, or ads, such as restrictions, quality ratings, or bans.
12. AI features
AI features generate replies automatically and can make mistakes: they may misunderstand a customer or produce an inaccurate answer. You decide whether to enable them and what information they are given about your store, and you remain responsible for your orders, prices, and dealings with your customers. When AI cannot handle a conversation, it hands it over to your team. We do not guarantee any particular confirmation or sales result from AI features.
13. Your data
Your account data, your order data, and your customers' data remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to host and process that data in order to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data from the application while your workspace is active, and you can ask us for an export after it ends, within the retention period.
14. Availability
We work to keep Codit available and to keep your data safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may need to interrupt the service for maintenance, and we will give notice of planned work where we reasonably can. The service is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those Moroccan law does not allow us to exclude.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost sales, lost or failed deliveries, or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Moroccan law.
16. Termination
You may stop using Codit at any time and ask us to close your workspace. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if payment is not received, or if we are required to by law. We may also discontinue the service, in which case we will give you reasonable notice, refund the unused part of your subscription, and give you time to export your data. When an account is closed, data is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. When we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and notify account holders by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Codit after that means you accept the new terms.
18. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Moroccan law, and the competent courts of Morocco have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If a clause is found invalid, the rest stays in force. For any question about these terms, contact contact@codit.ma or write to SteinStack LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
